Bonbon Quest, developed by Oliver Pearl, is a platform game with a Halloween themathic where you have to help Bonbon collect candies, beat monsters and climb levels.
Within a spooky atmosphere, with all types of monsters and dangers, Bonbon has to recover the collection of candies that the monsters have stolen from him. To do so, you simply have to jump on the candy taking care not to get too close to the monsters. Once you have clicked all of the candies, you have to pick up the key to access the following level. You can also get rid of the monsters by jumping over them twice and in this way you will be getting extra bonus points.
Bonbon Quest is a nice game, very easy to play and fun. Although in the first levels the game seems too easy, as you advance it gets really tricky as more scary monsters appear making your mission more complicated .
There are more than fifty levels available and different ghostly atmospheres
with more frightening monsters. Among the many characters that you will meet on your journey are witches, nasty rats, bats, skeletons, and a lot of other unfriendly creatures.
Bonbon Quest is a nice adventure that you can play alone or with another player, using the keyboard or joystick. Gameplay is average though, as you may notice that the character moves very slowly and it takes some time to get used to it. The graphics are fine, and there is a catchy tune that will accompany you throughout the game. Bonbon Quest is suitable for all ages and it is an enjoyable game to play. |
